Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Standarity platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Course Access & Licenses
Upon purchasing a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials. Access to purchased courses remains available for as long as the course is hosted on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Standarity platform, including but not limited to courses, text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Standarity or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to harass, abuse, or harm other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
Payment & Refunds
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any purchased content may be revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Standarity operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
