How do I sign in?
Standarity supports sign-in with Google and GitHub. Click Sign In in the top navigation bar and choose your preferred provider. No separate password is required.
Can I change my email address?
Your email is tied to your Google or GitHub account. To use a different email, sign in with a different provider account.
How do I sign out?
Click the Logout button in the top navigation bar. This ends your session on Standarity.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), OAuth 2.0 authentication, and never store your Google or GitHub passwords. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is SSO and the Applications menu?
Standarity also acts as a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider for related applications like ISMS, CISM, and CGEIT. If you use any of these apps, you can sign in once with Standarity and access them all without logging in again.
Troubleshooting
Running into an issue? Here are solutions to common problems.
I can't sign in with Google or GitHub
Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser, as the OAuth flow opens in a new window. Try clearing your browser cookies, or use a different browser. If the problem persists, contact support.
Courses are not loading or the page is blank
Try refreshing the page. If courses still do not appear, clear your browser cache and cookies. Standarity works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
The 'View Course' button is not working
Some courses are marked as "Coming Soon" and do not have an external link yet. If a published course link is not opening, check that your browser allows opening new tabs.
My bookmarks disappeared
Bookmarks are tied to your account. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google or GitHub account you used when you saved them.
I see an error on the OAuth consent page
If you are trying to sign in to a connected application (ISMS, CISM, CGEIT) and see an error, make sure you are signed in to Standarity first, then try the application again.
